That’s what I ask all of my clients at the beginning of each session.
Why? Because I want to know what’s going on for you right now. I then customize each private yoga session to your energy levels, your injuries and your goals.
Have you always wanted to try yoga but you don’t feel comfortable going to a class? I get it! Classes can be intimidating.
Do you have specific issues or goals that just won’t be met in a group environment? Sometimes you need a bit more one on one attention than you’ll get in a class.
If you have special considerations, then we’ll make adjustments.
If you have an injury, then we can work around it.
I can help you get comfortable with a yoga practice!
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2006 and I know a few tips and tricks at this point. I’ll use those same tips and tricks to help you reach your goals.
You want to be more flexible, have better balance and feel stronger. Together we can work towards your goals.
I believe that there is a yoga practice for everyone and yes that includes you!
In your first session, we’ll discuss your goals and injuries. Then I’ll design a plan for you to follow at home.
It doesn’t take weeks or months to begin to see results.
Most of my clients begin to notice small differences right away. It’s those small changes that excite me the most. if it’s easier for you to put on your shoes or get up off of the floor after playing with your kids or grandkids, then your life is so much better already.

Individual sessions start at $80 with a discount given for packages of 5 or 10 sessions.
