This is a Simple Meditation for you to practice. Before you begin, find a comfortable place to sit. You can sit in a chair with your feet on the floor, with your back against the wall or something else for support or simply in the middle of the floor. It will help to have your hips elevated a bit. Sit on a blanket or pillow to do this. Find a little length in your spine and press play.
